You will be provided a private online gallery where your high-resolution images will be available within 90 days for viewing, printing, and downloading. Wedding Photography Package
If you’re looking for photography coverage without video, this is the package for you. Your photos will include all the significant moments of your wedding day including getting ready, decorations, ceremony, reception, and portraits.

Wedding Videography Package
If you’re looking for videography coverage without photos, this package is for you. Your videos will include a 4-6 minute highlight of all the significant moments, a full-length ceremony video, and all the speeches/toasts.

Engagement Photos
We’ll meet at a local spot and take some fun pictures of you and your partner. Engagement photos can be a terrific gift for your parents and relatives. And, the photo session is a great way for us to get acquainted before your wedding day arrives. Only $250 for a 60-minute session, editing included.

Service Area
The prices above apply to events in/near Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Specifically, these areas include Montgomery County, Frederick County, Prince George’s County, Arlington County, Fairfax County, and Washington DC. Additional travel costs may apply outside these areas.
Copyright
Under current copyright laws, including but not limited to the United States Copyright Act 17 U.S.C section 106, the photographer (William Cook) is the owner of all photos/images produced under this agreement and hereby retains full copyright to all photos/images. The client (You) is permitted to use the photos for personal use only. The photos/images may not be sold or reproduced without the express written permission of the photographer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 8 months’ notice will surrender their deposit.
Terms of Delivery
All photographs are high-resolution images created using professional cameras and lighting equipment and will be made available in JPG format for digital download. Backups of the images will be maintained for up to a year.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The 50% remainder is due on your wedding date. The following forms of payment are accepted: all major credit cards, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, or checks.
Artistic License
We may take hundreds of photos during an event, many of which, have imperfections such as blinking, missed focus, unflattering poses or expressions, or other undesirable aesthetics. Only those photos that meet our high professional standards and artistic judgment will be delivered to the client.
